What Payment Method’s do you Take?

We take e-Transfer. It’s Simple, and because there are no fees it helps us keep costs down, which end up being passed onto you.

Do you charge for shipping?

If your order is over $200.00 then shipping is free. As long as it’s not a furniture piece, and a large, unusual shaped box. Then there will be shipping. 

if your order is under $200.00 there will be shipping charges, and they will be calculated at the time the poece is ready.

Will we work together on my Custom order?

Once you agree on the Designs, woods,etc, I will then send you an occasional update.  

Do you require a downpayment on custom work?

Yes. We require 50% down on All Custom work. When the work is complete, we will require the other 50% at which time, we will then pass onto you, or have ready for Pickup. If you are having it shipped, we will add any shipping costs to your 2nd e-transfer. If your order is over $200.00 we will not charge you shipping (Unless it is Furniture, or irregular Shaped Box).

Can I return my order?

Yes. However. For Custom Orders, you will need to pay the 50% Deposit. Shipping charges will also be up to you to cover for All Orders.
